The assault caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
